Position Overview : The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing complex projects from inception to completion working cross functionally throughout many of our teams.

This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in project management, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and the capability to drive projects to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities : Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with company objectives and timelines.

Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, resources, and timelines.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, creative, production, and supply chain, to ensure successful project execution and product launch.

Monitor and report on project progress, proactively identifying and mitigating risks and issues.Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders at all levels to ensure project alignment and successful outcomes.

Maintain project documentation, including status reports, decision logs, and lessons learned.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards throughout project execution.

Manage project budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources and adherence to financial guidelines.Mentor and support junior project managers and team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; PMP certification preferred.

5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on consumer goods or related industries.Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale projects.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships.

Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello).Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing competing priorities.
