A full-service commercial solar EPC are seeking an experienced Director of Operations to lead all operational aspects in the renewable energy sector.
This role is pivotal in driving growth, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining quality standards.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee project execution for timely, budget-friendly, and customer-satisfactory results.
- Manage project teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop high-performance teams and streamline processes.
- Minimize risks, ensure financial performance, and prioritize safety and quality.
Requirements :
- Proven track record in operational excellence and project management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Technical knowledge in construction, preferably in solar.
- Ability to make strategic decisions under pressure.
- Bachelor’s degree, PMP certification preferred.
- Experience in senior leadership roles, ideally in renewable energy.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and project management software.
Physical Requirements :
- Ability to navigate job sites in various conditions.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Exposure to typical construction site hazards.

Job Duties Plans, organizes, and directs overall clinical operations to provide comprehensive care for residents in accordance with current federal, state, and local guidelines Develops and implements nursing service objectives, policies, and procedures to maintain quality care and compliance Ensure adequate staffing levels across all shifts Oversee and evaluate nursing personnel Ensure compliance in all areas, including in documentation and resident care plans Qualifications At least two years of experience as a DON in a long-term care setting Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state assigned or in an eligible Nurse Compact State Demonstrated competencies in health care management and operations, quality management, staff development, resident and family support systems, and community outreach Possess empathy and passion for serving others Serve as a leader and a trusted resource to other healthcare team members Strong computer literacy and competency skills Up-to-date clinical compliance Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR via American Heart Association (AHA) Two-step TB test Physical exam within the last 12 months Benefits Weekly
