Description
Incarnate Word High School, an all-girls Catholic high school sponsored by the Sisters of Charity of the Incarnate Word, seeks a full-time Main Office & Attendance Coordinator.
The school seeks to maintain a fully and authentically Catholic environment.
POSITION SUMMARY :
- Provide assistance to students, parents, administrators, faculty, staff, and campus officers promptly and accurately.
- Manage attendance for all students to include all data entry, running reports for the principal, and sending out all communication to students and parents.
- Assist with communication to students and parents for Saturday School.
- Manage attendance log for Saturday school.
- Manage the Senior Sign out responsibility.
- Screen and direct calls from the school community members to the appropriate teacher, counselors or other staff members.
- Assist with the front door
- Coordinate finding coverage for absent teachers to include AM and PM Advisory
- Assign and manage parking for students, faculty and staff. Reconcile issues related to this function.
- Responsible for opening all incoming mail with the Executive Assistant and distributes to the appropriate mailboxes.

Reports to the Associate Principal.

- Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse communities and cultures.
- Successful completion of VIRTUS and background check.
Requirements
REQUIRED EDUCATION :
Associates Degree or equivalent
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE :
Minimum two (2) years of clerical and / or front office experience.
SALARY RANGE :
- $30,000 - $35,000
