Job Summary :

iHeart Medias Premiere Networks seeks to hire a full-time Sales Planning Inventory Coordinator. This role supports Premiere Revenue Management (Premiere Sales Planning) and Premiere Sales (Network National Account Managers).

The focus of the position involves the facilitation of order processing and smooth information flow to specifically directed parts of our company.

Responsibilities :

• Order entry into multiple systems for terrestrial, digital, and satellite scheduling
• Coordinating and generating cross-platform schedules
• Disseminating order information across multiple departments
• Validation of agency, advertiser, credit information
• Act as Backup for the other Sales Planning Coordinator
• Revenue and Inventory report generation
• Special Projects as needed

Qualifications :

• Strong computer skills, especially the ability to learn new software quickly
• Ability to work with numbers
• Organized, self-motivated, highly detailed, disciplined, and thorough
• Ability to collaborate successfully with diverse individuals
• Ability to work independently or in a team setting
• Ability to have several tasks working at the same time
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite- emphasis EXCEL

Work Experience :

Experience in media or accounting is a plus

Education :

4-year college degree preferred
