We’re looking for creative writers with a passion for using their God-given talents and gifts to develop creative and effective written tools to compliment our teaching series and make an impact for the Kingdom.

Soul Refiner is the first platform that’s providing churches and individuals with proven, Bible-based tools and strategies that bring healing and restoration to their lives.

Soul Refiner is at the forefront of digital discipleship by enabling Christ-followers to utilize digital tools to help train and transform others.

What Winning Looks Like

Collaborate with a team of film producers to develop highly effective written material (books, journals, study guides, etc.

to accompany our cinematic teaching series on a variety of topics such as addiction, depression, marriage, sexual integrity, etc.

• Crafts storylines and narratives for video content on a wide array of subject matter pertaining to healing and discipleship.
• Assists with post-production script editing and ensures videos follow a narrative that is in alignment to the message and mission of the project.
• Provides and maintains copy clarity, accuracy, and excitement from start to finish on any written assignment.
• Writes and edits compelling material for blogs, online marketing communications, social media posts, and other branding goals.

Skills Needed to Win

• Strong understanding of biblical principles and a desire to maintain scriptural integrity in writing.
• Strategic thinker with a drive for developing creative solutions in writing that presents material that is easily understood, applicable, and practical.
• Ability to work closely with a team of producers, writers, and creatives in harmony with a pleasant and collaborative attitude in order to create dynamic written material.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and exceptional time management skills.
• Seeks to gain a deep understanding of the target audience to increase the knowledge, relevance, and effectiveness of the messages and mission behind the material produced.
• Willingness to serve in any capacity within reason to meet the demands of ensuring a product is brought to completion in a timely manner.

Keep It Fun. We’re serious about our mission, but we don’t have that corporate uptight atmosphere. We work really hard because we know the mom and dad who are inching closer to divorce need the hope we can bring to heal their marriage.

But then we also believe in taking breaks and having some fun too. We often have company lunches, birthday and event celebrations, team outings and activities, family events, a relaxed dress and work environment, open bar (snack bar that is) and copious amount of fresh flowing coffee.

Yes, we have our own coffee roaster. We’re serious about our brew.)
