Requirements
Commercial floor and carpet care experience, employment references and clean driving record. Must pass criminal background check.
Language Skills : Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Reasoning Ability : Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out written or oral instructions.
Physical Demands : While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls;
reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear.
The employee must regularly lift and / or move up to 35 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
