Job Description

Role : QA Lead

QA Lead

Employment Type : Fulltime / Contract

Contract 6 to 12months

Work location : Remote / Onsite(mention no. of Onsite days)

Onsite 4 days a week @ client location Miami, FL.

About the Role

Trianz is looking for a QA Lead who has prior experience in QSR domain and retail industry with an ability to lead and mentor the QA team with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Testing Menu-Content of restaurant business
• Experience with PAR Brinks POS system is a plus
• Working with different stakeholders and in onsite-offshore model
• Strong customer focus with the ability to understand the customer journey lifecycle in Restaurant Business.

Mandatory Skills

• Must have experience in QSR domain and retail industry.
• Experience in Jira tool.
• Experience in testing the Menu in app .
• Automation testing experience is a plus.

Required Education

Bachelor’s degree in science, Engineering or any equivalent study.

Required Experience

• Overall, 9 years of experience in testing.
• At least 5-7 years of experience working in the Retail Industry.
• Strong verbal and communication skills
