As we continue to grow and expand our brand, we evolve our TA efforts to adapt to an ever-changing talent market. Fundamental to this evolution is the creation of our Talent Management & Intelligence team.

The Talent Sourcing & Intelligence Specialist is a strategic, high-impact position focused on attracting and engaging diverse talent to meet nCino’s needs.

You will partner with one of our TA Consultants supporting our Customer Success department which has a variety of technical and functional positions.

You will own the attraction strategy, drive proactive outreach, and ensure the continued flow of high-quality candidates through the process - creating a strong, always on’ talent pipeline.

You will be a trusted advisor in topics related to your area of specialization, including market dynamics, key network groups, diversity attraction, and sourcing trends.

Essential Functions :

  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of critical talent audience Support the development of persona creation, segmentation strategies, and personalization of approach with target value proposition tailored for the audience.
  • Develop market awareness and intelligence, become the go to’ person for the business line.
  • Provide market and talent intelligence to business leaders in partnership with the Talent Consultant Partner by developing talent benchmarks and understanding talent data sources
  • Attend networking and industry events to build personal and nCino brand and gather information.
  • Understand skills taxonomies of assigned business line to build networks of diverse candidates with adjacent / transferrable skills.
  • Partner closely with the TA Consultant team to develop effective attraction strategies for business line specialization
  • Plan and implement effective outreach strategies to maintain strong relationships with prospective candidates
  • Serve as custodian and driver of employer brand through content creation and impactful storytelling.
  • Build deep, diverse candidate networks and active candidate communities to facilitate active and engaged talent pipelines for current and future openings and fostering an always on talent approach.
  • Utilize current and emerging technology and tools to enhance effectiveness of service delivery.
  • Promote employee advocacy across the business, encouraging external sharing and posting of content to reach target audiences.
  • Promote an inclusive and accessible candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, identifying and recommending areas for improvement.

Qualifications : Required :

Required :

  • 2+ years of recruiting / talent acquisition experience and bachelor's degree in human resources or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency implementing talent attraction strategies.
  • Recent, relevant in-house talent sourcing, executive search or staffing agency experience with a focus on pipeline creation, research-based talent engagement.
  • Skilled at developing creative ideas and innovative approaches to build / source qualified and diverse talent pools, identifying, and engaging hard to reach passive talent.
  • Ability to develop and understand of nCino’s current and future talent needs and audiences
  • Proficient at assessing candidate skillsets, qualifications, and motivations.
  • Adept at utilizing online recruiting and sourcing tools
  • Proven track record in guiding and converting candidates from initial outreach to hiring process, providing advice, and forming a trust-based relationship.
  • Skilled in adapting ways of working to an ever-evolving talent market
  • Strong time management, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities concurrently.

Desired :

  • Experience in building networks of candidates across one or more business lines
  • Experienced in recruitment marketing and employer brand promotion, with creative ability and a passion for storytelling.
  • Adept at analyzing data and using data to inform decisions.
