The Opportunity

We are currently looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join our North America team at IES. This is a crucial role for the company as the successful candidate will provide administrative support across the sales team.

This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to who has a real interest in providing high level customer service in a fast-paced working environment.

The successful candidate will carry out the following tasks :

Sales Team Support :

  • Lead qualification and delegation to sales team
  • Sales Demo and Meeting coordination
  • Pre and Post sales license support
  • CRM record maintenance and database building
  • Renewal support and management
  • Working closely with the IESVE sales team

The Candidate

Essential Skills :

  • At least 3 years’ experience working in an office administrative support role
  • Understanding of sales processes and operations
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and understanding best practices of customer service
  • A proven ability to work on their own initiative
  • Be capable of supporting other members of the IES team
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • The ability to adapt to changing priorities and to assist other teams as needed

Desirable Skills :

  • SalesForce experience
  • Background / Education in Business or Software / Technical sales
