Job Summary
We are looking for Life Insurance Sales Agents to join our growing team! The right candidate will be motivated, confident, ambitious, have integrity and goal oriented with a desire to run their own agency.
Day-to-day tasks will include attending our agency huddles, developing client relationships and providing policy solutions that best meet our clients’ needs.

Responsibilities
- Responding to requests from new clients
- Set appointments,
- Write applications with easy-to-use online tools
- Build a rapport with these clients utilizing the Zoom platform or via telephone.
- Resolve client inquiries and complaints
- Attending Zoom training.
- Attend Agency Huddles
Qualifications
- Coachable- ready to learn and grow as an agent
- Committed- able to follow the system set in place for learning, activity and plugging in

- Excellent communication- open communication lines with leadership, teammates and clients
About us
This position does require a license in : Life, Health, and Accidental Insurance. If you do not already have a Life / Health Insurance License - we have a streamlined process for obtaining one by means of an online study course.

Your level of success will be determined by several factors, including the amount of work you put in, your ability to successfully follow and implement our training and sales system and engage with our lead system, and the insurance needs of the customers in the geographic areas in which you choose to work.
