We seek a Home Care Sales & Growth Manager who is be self-directed, motivated and believes in the value of working as a team within the market and region.

Candidates should have availability Monday-Friday between 8am-5pm. Must also be available for after-hours events as well as weekend events.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for identifying and developing referral opportunities with existing and new referral partners.
  • Target Referral Provider Networks (RPNs) sources include hospitals, physicians, home health agencies, assisted living facilities, and more.
  • Familiarize oneself with the Home Instead brand and effectively present its services to referral providers through meetings and presentations.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities using Salesforce and develop a database of leads from various sources.
  • Implement new strategies and methods to enhance sales and relationship-building efforts and adding referral partnerships.
  • Collaborate with Home Instead franchise leadership to create sales and marketing plans aimed at achieving goals.
  • Must be self-directed, motivated and believe in the value of working as a teamwithin a market and region.
  • Conduct Service Inquiries and Care Consultations as needed following the consultative sales process.

We Are Negotiable Based On Credentials, Education And Experience

This role is essential to our company's plan for continued growth and building strong relationships with physicians , employers , payers and case managers .

This position is responsible for educating physicians, referral partners and clients about our services, and ultimately generating referrals to increase overall client volume.

This position will also be responsible for community outreach programs.

What would we like to see from you?

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2 Years of Sales Experience or Business Development Experience preferably in the Healthcare Sales Space
  • Excellent communications and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, Power Point and Internet functions and applications
  • Valid Driver’s License - Must have good driving record as this position requires traveling to RPN Offices.

Must submit to background checks and a pre-employment drug screening.

Job Type : Part - Time

Pay : $23-26 + Performance Based Bonus

Hourly Rate will be determined based on Credentials, Education and Experience

Experience level :

  • Required : 2 years
  • Nice to Have : 4-5 years.

Schedule :

  • 3 Days a Week Pick 3 days From Monday to Thursdays
  • 8 : 30 4 : 30pm CST
  • Evenings / Weekends as needed (for events / meetings eligible for over-time pay if worked more than 40 hours a week)
