We are seeking an attorney who can provide quality legal services to our estate planning, and elder law clients. Our ideal candidate will work passionately and effectively alongside our senior partners and staff to ensure a successful outcome for our clients.

Compensation :
$75,000 - $95,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Identify client conflicts and determine case strategies with options for resolution
- Supervise administrative staff, paralegals, and law clerks
- Argue motions in court on behalf of clients during legal proceedings
- Complete legal research and prepare motions, pleadings, and briefs
- Prepare various legal documents, such as motions, pleadings, briefs, and correspondence
- Create content for internet marketing - We will train you
Qualifications :
- Work independently while handling a heavy caseload
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs is needed
- Communication, problem-solving, decision-making, interpersonal, and public speaking skills required
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience working in a law firm environment
- Well-versed in legal research software (Westlaw / Lexis)
