Our Solyx iQ division specializes in custom-manufactured window films, delivering innovative and sustainable solutions. We are seeking a dynamic Custom Graphics Sales Specialist to join our team and drive the growth and success of our custom films program.

Employee Mission

As the Custom Graphics Sales Specialist for our Solyx iQ Custom Films program, you will be the primary liaison between our customers and the graphics department.

You will oversee the sales and project lifecycle, from initial consultation to final delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving departmental growth.

Your role will include interpreting customer ideas, accurately quoting projects, and developing systems and tools to enhance customer understanding and utilization of our custom film capabilities.

Outcomes

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing expert guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Accurately and efficiently quote projects, ensuring alignment with customer needs and expectations.
• Develop and implement systems and tools to educate customers on the full range of custom window film capabilities.
• Collaborate with customers to interpret their ideas and translate them into actionable directions for the graphics team.
• Work closely with the graphics department to ensure projects are completed on time and meet customer specifications.
• Identify new opportunities and enhance customer relationships to drive growth for the Solyx iQ department.
• Maintain clear communication and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Research and identify design trends in the marketplace to inform the development of new stock product lines.
• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to create innovative and trendy window film products that meet market demand.
• Stay updated on industry advancements and incorporate relevant trends into product offerings to maintain a competitive edge.

Your Skills And Experiences

• Proven experience in sales, project management, or a related field, with a focus on custom graphics or design.
• Strong background in graphic design, with proficiency in Adobe Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Be able to collect and present comprehensive project information in a clear and consistent format with team members.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
