WHAT THE ROLE ENTAILS
As an HVAC Service Technician, each day begins at home, not an office-you head straight to your first job site, equipped with tools and a company vehicle.
In this heating and cooling role, your tasks include diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring clients are comfortable.
Along the way, you'll build lasting relationships with customers and team members. If mentoring is your thing, you'll also get the chance to train junior technicians.
By 5 PM, your day wraps up-unless it's your turn for on-call duty. No matter the challenges you overcome, you always leave with a great sense of satisfaction from a job well done!
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- EPA Certification
- Valid driver's license
- Your own HVAC tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred :
Experience mentoring or a desire to help develop our junior technicians
WORK SCHEDULE & LOCATION
This full-time position works Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with on-call rotations. As an HVAC Service Technician, you will dispatch directly from your home to the job sites.
