This is an Evening (2nd ) shift position,

Monday to Friday, 2 : 00PM -10 : 30PM, Weekends as needed).

Starting Rate $19.48 plus .50 shift differential

As a Quality Technician, you will participate as a team member on Area Improvement teams and provide support to quality management system activities! This includes record keeping, internal audits, new equipment and product introduction, and statistical process control (SPC) / metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with Production to ensure conformance to requirements and continually improve quality.
• Read and interpret technical documentation to determine inspection criteria; build technical work instructions, forms, and test reports as needed.
• Manage investigation for product quality problems, resolve root cause, assemble, and analyze data and implement corrective action to reduce or eliminate cause.
• Assist operating personnel in collecting data and constructing and interpreting control chart(s) information.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent Is required
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and ability to type accurately
• Strong vision abilities and capable of frequently lifting or moving up to 30 pounds.
