Associate Clinical Director – Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Richmond, VA
Clinic-Based Leadership Role | Full-Time | Total Compensation Range : $110,000 – $140,000 per year (includes base salary and performance incentive)

At Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE) , we deliver compassionate, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy that helps children with autism reach meaningful goals. We’re seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve as Associate Clinical Director at our Richmond, VA clinic —a leadership position for a proven clinician ready to mentor others and advance their impact.
This position is fully in-person and ideal for a BCBA with leadership experience who values collaboration, clinical quality, and the opportunity to guide a dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise, mentor, and coach BCBAs, RBTs, and Behavior TechniciansProvide caregiver coaching and ensure treatment consistency and progressManage your own utilization while helping your team meet theirsOversee treatment plans, progress notes, and documentation for accuracy and complianceLead professional development initiatives and support ongoing staff trainingCollaborate with senior leadership on process improvements and clinical best practicesUphold AutismCOE’s values of compassion, excellence, and integrity in all clinical workQualifications
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required)Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related fieldMinimum 3 years of experience as a practicing BCBADemonstrated leadership and supervisory experience in a clinical settingStrong communication, organization, and team development skillsCommitment to ethical practice and high-quality, family-centered careCompensation & Benefits

Requirements
At least 3 years of BCBA experience is requiredBCBA Certification : Board Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis, per BACB guidelinesMaster’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related fieldExperience working with children on the autism spectrum and other developmental disabilitiesPassionate about clinical quality and client progress to drive decision-making and best practicesExceptional skillset with leadership, time management, and observationStrong analytical thinker who is data-driven and client-centeredEffective Collaborator and team player, who is empathetic and culturally competentProtect clients’ rights and privacy according to HIPAA regulations
