Job Details
We are seeking a talented and motivated second-year Commercial Litigation Associate to join our Los Angeles-Century City office.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled attorney to work on complex commercial litigation matters in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Responsibilities :
Assist in managing and litigating a variety of complex commercial litigation cases.
Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on various issues pertaining to ongoing cases.
Prepare first drafts of substantive litigation documents, including motions, pleadings, discovery requests, and briefs.
Engage in all aspects of pre-trial and trial preparation.
Attend and represent clients at depositions, hearings, and trials as needed.
Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners to develop case strategies and ensure successful client outcomes.
Qualifications :
Class of 2022 graduate strongly preferred.
Admission to the California State Bar is required.
Minimum of 1-2 years of complex commercial litigation experience at a nationally or regionally recognized law firm.
Demonstrated ability to prepare first drafts of substantive litigation documents.
Exceptional research, analytical, and writing skills.
Strong academic credentials from a top-tier law school.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
