What you will do
- Manage a team of User Acceptance testers that support key platforms.
- Ensure timely delivery of feedback and test results to our various platform and product owners.
- Work closely with IT teams to resolve defects and be part of the solutioning process.
- Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for improvement and share feedback with platform / product owners.
- Create detailed test cases that represent real usage of the platforms to ensure a positive experience for our internal associates and field.
- Partner with business leaders across the enterprise to bring awareness to upcoming changes and ensure readiness.
- Participate in production go-live activities, which are typically after-hours or weekends.
What you need to have
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years relevant experience in Financial Services.
- Analytical skills, ability to research and resolve complex issues
