Job Description :

• Must have 10 plus years of experience in related area.
• Must have completed at least 3 projects in OpenText migration to Cloud .

Need to perform following duties :

• Perform migration of OpenText in SAP Router, SAP ILM (ECC and BW) landscape.
• Provide expertise in migration of these platforms / applications from OPCx to AWS.

Deliver detailed Migration Execution plan for OpenText content server migration to AWS.

Execution of Migration tasks and validation.

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced OpenText Solutions Architect and Migration Specialist to join our team. This role involves analyzing business processes in SAP to identify content-related gaps, overseeing the integration and migration of OpenText solutions to AWS, and managing the overall performance and security of OpenText systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both SAP and OpenText, with experience in system administration, migration planning, and cybersecurity.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Analyze SAP Business Processes :

Evaluate and document current SAP business processes, focusing on content creation and access.

Identify gaps and inefficiencies related to documents, output forms, emails, and media files.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend improvements.

2. OpenText Integration and Management :

Understand and document the integration of OpenText with SAP Enterprise Content Management.

Administer and manage OpenText systems, ensuring effective content management and accessibility.

Develop and maintain system documentation.

3. Migration to AWS :

Plan and execute the migration of OpenText solutions to AWS, including developing design specifications and cutover plans.

Develop formal effort estimates, migration strategies, and perform risk assessments.

Oversee the execution of the migration plan, ensuring minimal disruption to business processes.

4. Testing and Validation :

Create and execute formal test plans and scenarios to ensure the migrated or upgraded OpenText systems meet requirements.

Document test results and address any issues identified during the testing phase.

5. System Administration and Performance Tuning :

Administer OpenText systems, performing routine maintenance and performance tuning.

Plan and execute system upgrades and tuning activities to maintain optimal performance.

6. Cybersecurity and Disaster Recovery :

Work with the cybersecurity team to enable secure communication and protect data.

Develop and implement disaster recovery solutions for OpenText systems.

7. Workload Management :

Distribute, monitor, and manage OpenText workloads to ensure balanced performance and resource utilization.
