Advertised Job Summary
Coach an intercollegiate women’s basketball program at the University of South Carolina Salkehatchie. Maintain affiliation with the NJCAA Region X Conference and set schedules.
Develop community relationships, be an ambassador for the campus, and engage in program fundraising activities. Be responsible for maintenance & upkeep of gym.
Establish summer basketball camp. Teach physical education courses on East campus.
Minimum Qualifications (Classified and Unclassified positions)
Bachelor’s Degree and coaching experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
Knowledge of rules of basketball. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to supervise staff. Ability to establish relationships with faculty, staff, students, and community patrons.
