The TikTok Business Center Product team is responsible for building and innovating features within the TikTok Business Center, a platform that helps organizations and agencies efficiently manage multiple TikTok ad accounts, users, assets, and finances in a secure environment.

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to collaborate with cross-functional teams and elevate the platform to the next level.
Responsibilities : - Drive the evolution of Business Center solutions to meet the needs of advertisers and business owners.
Recommend and prioritize innovative features to enhance user experience and performance.- Explore opportunities for full-funnel marketing practices within TikTok, developing scalable product solutions to support growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges, set objectives, and define product strategies.
Lead alignment across various functions and stakeholders to refine requirements and execute your roadmap.- Leverage customer feedback, user research, behavioral data, and other insights to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Track and analyze key product metrics to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.- Stay current with ad tech industry trends and emerging technologies, applying that knowledge to innovate and keep TikTok at the forefront of advertising solutions.
Minimum Qualifications : - BA / BS degree.- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, managing full product cycles, integrating customer feedback, and driving prioritization.
Note : this refers to product management experience, not total work - 2+ years of experience building and launching ad interfaces / platform products.
- Quick learner with strong judgment and creative thinking skills.- Exceptional organizational and analytical skills in global, cross-functional roles.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally, influence product management and engineering teams, and work effectively with engineering, design, data science, and other teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to use data to guide product decisions and improve performance.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex product concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications : - 4+ years of experience as a PM, building and launching ad interface / platform products.- Experience in fast-paced environments, particularly within startups or rapidly evolving industries.
