RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES : Essential job functions include but are not limited to :
- Schedule meetings with CEO and other senior managers focused on developing new or maintaining existing business.
- Create new and edit content on templates as needed.
- Create opportunities to include all contacts in Salesforce.
- Respond to emails (i.e. meeting dates, cancellations, etc.).
- Utilize Salesforce to gather customer data, input and / or update customer profile.
- Train Interns and Banker Associates.
- Complete the Marketing cloud journey and other special projects as assigned.
- Support the bank's sales efforts by working with the social media team to improve customer reviews and reach out to new and existing customers via verbal and written communication.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
- Two years of banking experience.
- Excellent analytical, computer (i.e. Excel, Word, etc.) and database (i.e. Salesforce) skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
