- Required Skill sets : AT&T VoIP, Zoom Phone and Avaya VOIP and ACD, Call Routing, Voice network support services : QoS, DHCP, DNS, 802.
1x, SIP / CTI integration to 3rd party systems IPC Networking Sevices, Oracle SBC, AudioCodes SBC, carrier VoIP and IP Toll Free configuration and troubleshooting
5+ years working experience with a broad range of hardware, networking and telephony solution
VoIP System Engineer duties :
- Strategic planning, design, implementation, and operationalization of all global communications services.
- Develop and document infrastructure support policies and guidelines
- Monitor trends and recommend future architecture strategies and roadmaps
- Educate and mentor IT support staff as needed, including requisite training on technology and governance
- Research and stay current on Infrastructure best practices and function as a subject matter expert in this area
- Work with outsource vendor to drive sound architectures, engineering designs, and configuration templates
- Engage in complex production impacting technical issues and work to troubleshoot and restore service
