Business Development Representative - Clearwater, FL

The Business Development Representative position is full-time and has a guaranteed base salary + progressive commission structure.
You will be responsible for prospecting, generating leads, and collaborating with our team to cultivate and close new commercial plumbing opportunities.
You will develop long-term relationships with your portfolio, connect with key business executives and stakeholders, and win new agreement proposals.

What You’ll Do :
- Prospect by cold-calling, networking, dropping in, and attending industry events
- Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers in commercial enterprises.
- Assist customers with special requests and problems (supply information, resolve complaints)
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Prepares and conducts presentations and proposals to new and existing customers
- Stay ahead of industry trends, identify new business opportunities, and provide valuable insights to the team.
- Remain current with changes in local codes and consumer preferences
- Become an expert on our cutting-edge plumbing solutions, effectively communicating their value to potential clients.
- Practices honesty and integrity in customer and vendor relations.
What Makes You Great?
- 2+ years of a successful track record of finding, qualifying, and closing new business primarily through cold calls and self-generated leads.
- You must have a track record of being organized, efficient, and able to manage a high number of suspects and prospects at different stages of the sales funnel.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to articulate the value proposition effectively.
- You are proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop strategic plans.
- A natural talent for building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Service Titan experience is a plus!
