Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with provider agencies to identify members qualified for housingAssist members with the housing application process and ensure timely submission of documentationMaintain a housing database and document all services providedRequired Qualifications and EducationBachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field or equivalent experience3+ years of experience in servicing adults with serious mental illness or in a healthcare-related fieldExperience in non-profit housing services and understanding of housing programsKnowledge of fair housing, tenant's rights, and SAMHSA evidence-based practicesCurrent state driver's license required;
