Schedule : This full-time position works either 7 AM - 4 PM or 8 AM - 5 PM.
As an Inventory Specialist, your day starts by managing our inventory of sheet metal materials, parts, and finished goods.
You conduct regular counts, spot and fix discrepancies, and ensure our stock levels are just right. When shipments come in, you track and process them efficiently, working closely with suppliers to meet our tight schedules.
Throughout the day, you enter data into our inventory system, analyze reports to anticipate needs, and ensure all materials meet our high-quality standards.
Your role is key in maintaining smooth operations, collaborating with various departments, and finding ways to optimize inventory costs.
The Minimum Requirements to be Considered :
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience with inventory management and software systems
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Knowledge of sheet metal materials and manufacturing processes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Problem-solving skills to address inventory issues promptly
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in a sheet metal or manufacturing environment
