Job Description
Leads the design and / or execution of an enterprise program that helps Discover deliver best-in-class customer experiences.
This includes managing process(es) to prevent and mitigate customer harm and ensure compliance. Sets goals and maintains program priorities.
Manages enterprise processes, standard work, job aids, systems, data, reporting, and governance to achieve objectives. Obtains input from process stakeholders, document / communicate stakeholder expectations, and establish monitoring of process performance.
Identifies opportunities for improvement and lead problem solving and solution implementation to capture those opportunities.
Creates a culture of effective risk management, accountability, and demonstration of risk awareness across the organization.
Responsibilities :
Manages strategy and priorities for a piece of Discover’s Compliance Management System (CMS). Areas of focus include methods / tools, processes, systems, and reporting.
Drives organizational engagement of processes to prevent customer harm and ensure compliance. Includes ensuring standards, scorecards, and monitoring activities are aligned to program goals and that users have training, job aids, and other support necessary to meet expectations.
Leads a team to execute and / or improve one or more key CMS components. Builds and / or follows enterprise standard work, reduce risk, reduce waste, and increase automation.
Builds and delivers reports to stakeholders. Generate insights and distill issues / opportunities through analysis that will fuel improvements to the process or execution.
Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management
8+ years of Program Management, Operations, Process Improvement, General Management or related
Preferred Qualifications :
Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management
In Lieu of Education :
10+ years of experience in Program Management, Operations, Process Improvement, General Management or related

Compensation :
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $173,000.00 to $263,400.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package.
Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
