Well-Being and Benefits Coordinator
What You'll Do :
P rovide support associated with the well-being program to include coordinating local events and / or webinars, campaigns, activity challenges, SharePoint updates, vendor onboarding and invoice payments.
Coordinate with vendors and US Well-Being Champions to ensure local events run smoothly and effectively.
C apitalize upon offerings available through vendor partners to meet the needs of TD SYNNEX and mitigate rising claim costs in the US.
P romote the TD SYNNEX well-being strategy to internal stakeholders.
Maintain the annual well-being calendar developed by the Global Well-Being Manager , to document a broad curriculum of events and activities in the four dimensions of well-being.
Maintain benefits & well-being content in the Knowledge Center and monitor and respond to inquiries via Case Management of Workday Help.
S upport various projects, assignments of the Benefits & Well-Being department when other priorities or peak period s arise.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders relating to company culture and co-worker experience .
Support other duties as defined.
