Your Skills & Abilities

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Facilities Maintenance / Management or equivalent training / experience

1+ years prior experience as Facilities Management or Operations

OSHA, State & Federal facility regulation knowledge

Finance & Budget planning experience

What Will Give You A Competitive Edge

Electrical & Mechanical education and experience for facility management systems such as HVAC, Fire Suppression systems, Compressed Air, Steam / Chilled water, Alarms, security, mobile equipment
