We are seeking an Administrative Assistant To CEO and our Program Director to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities :
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Plan and schedule appointments and events. Keep the company calendar organized
- Communicate effectively with Department of Child Safety personnel
- Writing Policies and Procedures and creating new forms
- Computer skills and familiar with SquareSpace (website builder) or Jotforms.com / Adobe PDF software.
- Ability to us AI tools and Chat GPT
- Ability to create forms, questionnaires, documents from scratch
- Ability to organize staff files and create online profiles for each new hire.
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
