NeuAnalytics is hiring an inquisitive Solution Designer for a full-time and on-site position in Overland Park, KS. This person will work with our internal development and cross-functional teams to define, execute, and deliver our solutions to our customers promptly.

Great communication and presentation skills, business acumen, and strong analytical skills are essential for this role. Previous experience working with SaaS solutions is strongly preferred.

What You Will Do for Us :

Prioritize and assess the impact of all work items, such as new features, defects, non-functional requirements, product backlog, etc.

including providing the decision to create, fix, or defer at the release level.

• Gain a deep understanding of customer and user experience to improve customer satisfaction.
• Work with the developers to deliver quality features and products within the expected timeline.
• Serve as a key member of the product team and a mentor to the other team members.
• Uncover and understand customer needs to translate them into requirements.
• Plan, organize and facilitate the launch of product enhancements and features.
• Keep in close contact with the market to help identify new opportunities.

What You Will Bring to Us :

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience, preferably as a product manager.
• Experience managing web-based and SaaS solutions (strongly preferred).
• SQL knowledge (strongly preferred)
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Ability to own tasks outside of the immediate scope of responsibility.
• Advanced skill with research and sourcing methodologies.
• Technical aptitude to partner with development teams.
• An outstanding communicator and presenter.
• Analytical thinker and problem solver.
• A great team player.
