DAY TO DAY AS A MARKETING DIRECTOR

You play a pivotal role in driving the success of our organization. Your outgoing and detail-oriented nature, coupled with exceptional communication skills, forms the cornerstone of our personal-touch culture.

Collaborating closely with the executive director, you take the lead in developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans to enhance occupancy and revenue.

You excel at identifying market opportunities and cultivating meaningful relationships with professional referral partners and the broader community.

Your ability to connect with diverse audiences through confident and effective presentations is paramount. Going above and beyond, you contribute to the growth of our organization through your passion, flexibility, and unparalleled time management skills.

YOUR SCHEDULE

The schedule is typically Monday through Friday, from 9 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm with occasional weekends and holidays as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

1+ years of sales and marketing experience in senior living
