Compensation :
$25+ hourly Depending on Experience
Responsibilities :
- Communicate with clients in Spanish to obtain treatment updates and necessary information
- Verify medical balances by gathering and reviewing medical documents
- Prepare demand packages by assembling medical bills
- Maintain client files by scanning and organizing records, bills, and paperwork
- Draft legal documents and demand letters as needed
- Collaborate closely with the Attorney, Legal Assistant, and Settlement / Disbursals teams
- Manage all elements of case management to ensure efficient handling of each case
- Communicate with clients for updates and information-gathering
- Organize and maintain case files, including legal documents
- Perform legal research to support case strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless workflow
- Stay informed about legal regulations and industry trends in personal injury cases
Qualifications :
- Possess a high school diploma
- Have Paralegal certification or a relevant 2-year degree
- Proficiency in computer programs, such as spreadsheets, word processing, and case management software
- Outstanding organizational skills and excellent communication ability (both verbal and written)
- Demonstrate the capability to multitask and to work independently
- Provide 3-5 years of knowledge in case management
- Possess a background in drafting legal documents and conducting legal research
- Experienced in Personal Injury Law in the state of Georgia
- Tech-savvy
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Previous experience as a Case Manager in personal injury law is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Proficient in legal document preparation and research
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated and proactive
