We are looking for a Licensed Commercial Real Estate Agent to join our team of professionals. We provide the leads, and as a Commercial Real Estate Agent you will be responsible for meeting clients to discuss ideal properties and price points to help them buy or sell commercial properties.

Primary Responsibilities Include :

• Provide guidance, support, and oversight to Listing Specialists and Assistants
• Prospect for seller leads, turn them into appointments, and seal the deal
• Manage seller transactions from start to finish, ensuring a smooth process
• Identify and schedule appointments with For-Sale by owners and expired listings, as well as maintain consistent lead follow-up until they either agree to work with us or decide not to sell
• Utilize suitable marketing strategies to promote properties effectively to attract qualified buyers in a reasonable amount of time
• Provide high-level fiduciary advice on pricing strategies and staging homes for sale
• Assist with negotiations between buyers and sellers
• Regularly assess feedback and adjust the pricing accordingly

Requirements

Successful Candidates Must Have :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years of experience as a realtor is preferred but not required
• Must be a licensed Commercial Real Estate Agent - If you have sales experience and are in the process of getting your license, we still want to meet you!
• Valid CO driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to work independently, handling multiple tasks while maintaining a positive attitude
• Self-sufficient and motivated
• Strong interpersonal skills
