Job Responsibilities :
- Knowledgeable in reading audit reports & uploading the docs in Centric.
- Monitor factory's compliance & FE performance and follow ups on CAPA.
- Work proactively to plan the daily work week.
- Cotton traceability document collection and collaborate with production
- Monitor and update audit standards
- Liaison between vendors, factories and customers
- Capable in vetting new facilities
- Maintaining FSC certificates validity annually
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
Requirements :
- Minimum 5 years' compliance experience. Strong sense of responsibility.
- Experiences in compliance and Factory Evaluation process and standard. Especially for factories of active wear, sportswear and casual wear.
US market experience is preferred.
- Well versed and experienced in coaching vendors & factories to write CAPA.
- Strong communication skills. Communicate effectively with internal and external parties.
- Able to work under pressure, well organized individually, self-motivated, detail-minded, flexible, efficient, able to manage multiple tasks, strong problem-solving skills and able to meet the deadlines.

$85,000 $95,000 USD
