Great Hours : Work a consistent 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM schedule, Monday to Friday.

Hands-On Facilities Knowledge : You know who to call when the HVAC goes out, which vendor to contact when cleaning supplies are low, and how to handle any maintenance hiccup with ease.
