This is personal for us. POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Cannabis Dispensary Receptionist.

As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service in the cannabis industry.

Responsibilities : Here is the job description organized into the specified categories : Operational Excellence Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Manage customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate staff members. Direct inside traffic flow. Enroll guests into the system for checkout.

Maintain a clean and organized reception area : Mopping and sweeping reception areas. Cleaning windows as needed. Dusting desk and surrounding fixtures.

Maintain brand and safety in entrance ways and parking lot : Sweeping parking lot for debris. Leaf blowing front entrance of dispensary.

Laying salt / sand as needed to ensure the safety of team and customers. Take inside and outside trash to the dumpster daily.

Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Stay informed about current cannabis regulations and product knowledge.

Other duties as assigned by management as needed. Customer Experience Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Manage customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate staff members. Enroll guests into the system for checkout. Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Safety and Compliance Verify customer identification and ensure compliance with legal age restrictions for cannabis purchases.

Maintain brand and safety in entrance ways and parking lot : Laying salt / sand as needed to ensure the safety of team and customers.

Stay informed about current cannabis regulations and product knowledge. Uphold confidentiality and adhere to all privacy and security policies Ot her Duties as assigned by Management Qualifications : 21+ years of age or older Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role preferred.

Knowledge of cannabis products and regulations is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
