Production Supervisor Food Manufacturing
Salary $70,000 - $85,000 + Benefits + Bonus

This industry leader is looking for experienced Production Supervisors to manage and lead their team in the food manufacturing facility.
There are opportunities to move as you grow & develop professionally. This facility has two shifts that work 4 days / 10-hour days with occasional work on the two other workdays.
As the Production Supervisor, you will need a hands-on approach as you’ll be supervising, teaching & coaching production employees on safety, product quality, and lean manufacturing.
You’ll also work with labor budgets & scheduling. You’ll interact with quality & maintenance as your goals are to maintain quality standards as your team fulfills production needs.
You’ll need to be an excellent communicator who has an ability to motivate a team to achieve goals.
