Responsibilities of the Business Development Representative :

  • Cultivate new business relationships and generate leads through strategic outreach and networking.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our recruitment solutions.
  • Collaborate with our recruitment team to align client needs with top-tier talent.

Qualifications of the Business Development Representative :

  • 3-5 years of experience in a Business Development role with a proven track record in sales, preferably within the recruitment or staffing industry.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and a results-driven mindset.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for exceeding targets.

Salary :

$55,000-$65,000 per year
