On-site cafeteria with healthy food options Payday donuts About the Job This is an onsite Monday through Friday office position in our Schaumburg Corporate office.

The shift open is 11 : 00 a.m. - 8 : 00 p.m. Processes quotations and sales orders, prepares and follows up on purchase orders, and confirmation of ship dates and pricing.

Responds to customer's inquiries or complaints regarding company products or services. Handles inbound phone calls and queries utilizing outstanding communication skills.

Serves as primary customer contact and works with other internal departments to address and resolve customer inquiries and issues.

Rotational Saturdays may be required.
