Tech USA is seeking a CNC Maintenance Technician for our client in the Auburn, AL metro area. The CNC Maintenance technician will use technical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair plant production equipment.
They will also perform duties associated with the setup of a variety of production equipment to produce quality products.
Job Responsibilities - Maintains structures, electrical systems, heating systems, plumbing, machine repair, hydraulics systems for a variety of equipment - Performs various machining or bench operations to alter and repair tools, dies, fixtures, jigs, gauges and guarding - Troubleshoots and repairs equipment;
performs preventative maintenance - Responsible for statistical process charting, interpretation, and trend-analysis in order to perform process or equipment adjustments to bring parts into specification - Performs other duties as assignedREQUIREMENTS : Job Skills - Intermediate troubleshooting skills using mechanical, electrical, hydraulic knowledge - Good teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills - Computer skills - Ability to operate forklift - Fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and / or locationEducation - High School diploma or GEDExperience - 1.
5 years of technical experience using mechanical, electrical and hydraulic skills - Must be able to work 6 : 00 pm until 6 : 00 am on a 3 / 2 / 2 Shift - 12 hour shift.
