We are looking for leadership-oriented managers hoping to advance their career toward becoming partners in our general office.
New York Life Insurance Company is currently recruiting participants for its Fast Track Management Program. You will start as a financial professional who works hand-in-hand with clients to build your experience as you move through the program’s requirements.

Compensation :
$75,000 - $100,000+ At Plan Earnings
Responsibilities :
- Recruit and develop your own team of financial professionals as an Associate Partner
- Employ a comprehensive array of financial products and services including life insurance, fixed and variable annuities, and mutual funds when presenting clients with solutions
- Join our intensive, six-month Associate Partner Training Program to further your business acumen and expertise while working toward a management position
- Gain hands-on experience as a financial professional helping clients develop a long-term strategy to achieve their financial goals
- Become an associate partner on the management team after successfully completing all program requirements
- By joining New York Life as a Partner, your ability to become promoted to a Senior Partner or Managing Partner is determined based on objective criteria
Qualifications :
- Some sales experience needed
- Must have financial services industry and / or insurance industry experience
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented professional looking for a challenging yet rewarding occupation
- Knowledge of cultural markets a plus
- Spanish, Portuguese, or other language fluency is beneficial
Manager Requirements :
- Life and Health License required
- Series 6 or 7 and Series 63 required
- Previously managed a team of individuals who required
- College Degree (Recommended)
