You'll get to lead projects, show off your skills, and shape our services. This role offers a variety of civil engineering experiences and the chance to make a real difference in our communities. We're hiring for our Green Bay, Madison, Milwaukee, and Eau Claire, WI offices. The ideal candidate will have expertise in bridge, retaining wall, and box culvert design. This role plays a key role across JT's municipal, transportation, and site development groups.

Job Responsibilities
- Leading the structural design of projects from concept through construction
- Mentoring junior staff and performing quality control reviews of structural deliverables
- Collaborating with colleagues and embracing JT’s values and culture
- Communicating effectively internally and externally
- Performing quality work within established guidelines
- Assisting with the management of project budgets
- Interpreting and adhering to internal Quality Control processes
