Job Description
Metronome is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Account Manager to join our team on the DoD Platform One contract.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of technical account management, experience working with DoD contracts, and a passion for driving customer success.
This role will involve working closely with Platform One customers to ensure their technical needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
Required Skills
- 9 or more years in DOD IT field
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- Scrum certified.
- PMP certified.
- Advanced knowledge of cloud technologies, Agile, Kubernetes, CI / CD.
- Proficient in CRM systems for complex customer management.
- Strong skills in sales strategy and license management.
- Excellent leadership and technical writing skills.
