Summary
AIM Now Child Care, a 5-Star accredited program in Racine, is looking for a motivated and energetic Lead Teachers . We care for our students, employees and our community. If you're looking for a role where you'll feel valued, will be making a difference and are looking for a positive and fun program to set your roots, look no further!
Duties
Position hours are split shift Monday - Friday 515-915am and 2-6pm . We are looking for a full-time or 2 part time employees. Must have an Associate's Degree in education or a Bachelor's degree in an unrelated field, or be level 12 or higher on The WI Registry.
The Lead Teacher is responsible for :
- Supervision and safety of the children assigned to his / her care
- Comply with all Department of Children and Family rules and regulations for licensing
- Assist students, individual or in small groups, with assigned classroom lessons
- Communicate with parents / guardians via email, telephone and or in-person
- Implement strategies to guide positive behaviors with ongoing interaction and play
- Light housekeeping duties
- Other duties as assigned
