A Day in The Life of a BrightStar Care RN Looks Like :
Providing thoughtful care to client's based on personalized Plan of Care
Providing in-home assessments for client's
Monitoring and tracking changes in the client's conditions and needs, and keeping the Director of Nursing and any other appropriate personnel informed
Proactively updating the client’s family on plan of care, health changes, and concern
What Do You Need to Be Successful in This Role?
Have a current unrestricted RN license in the state of Utah
Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
Have experience with skills including but not limited to vents & trachs, catheters, spinal cord injuries, hoyer lifts, and wound care.
Have a minimum one (1) year of documented experience in a home health agency, primary care clinic, or health facility, preferred.
Obtain your CPR certification before or upon hire - we can help with this, ask us how!
Be an awesome driver with your own reliable vehicle and a valid drivers license
Have the ability to help our wonderful clients with mobility by providing varied assistance. To do this you must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, pull and lift up to 50 pounds
