The Executive Director collaborates with the Senior Vice President and provides input on market and growth strategies, including business brand and consumerism issues.
This role partners closely with the leadership teams across the Retail Health division and is a key influence and driver of ongoing growth and strategy.
The Executive Director also works collaboratively with leadership throughout the organization in a team-oriented approach to assist in moving MultiCare forward in an increasingly competitive and consumer-focused environment.
The Executive Director of Retail Marketing is responsible for creating, implementing and measuring the success of comprehensive, multi-channel marketing strategies and programs that support business growth strategies of the Retail and Community Based Care division.
The Executive Director collaborates with the Strategic Planning and Marketing team to produce integrated ROI analytics reporting and contributes on design concepts and production of marketing collateral, including online content and strategies, print, radio, outdoor, direct mail and television advertising and other communications materials.
The Executive Director collaborates with leadership across the Retail Division, providing strategic counsel on best practices in creating effective marketing strategies.
Minimum Requirements :
Eight (8) years of experience working in the marketing field; preferably in a healthcare industry
Five (5) years of experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity required
Education / Licenses / Certifications :
Masters in in Business, marketing, communications, or related field
