Ensure a high-touch, candidate experience from beginning to end. Screen and assess potential candidates for level of interest and qualifications and build healthy, robust pipelines of candidates on a continuous basis.

Partner with Sales & Marketing hiring managers to fully understand business requirements and implement accordingly. Develop relationships with candidates and give them a world-class candidate experience Network, engage and evaluate the most passionate GTM candidates within our industry by identifying, developing and by deploying innovative sourcing strategies to develop lists of target companies and individuals for active and future roles.

Manage the Talent Sourcing through a variety of techniques and technologies, including social media and Linkedin Recruiter to build a robust pipeline and drive pipeline strategy in partnership with Sales & Marketing.

Engage with industry associations, professional groups, and universities / colleges to build talent pipelines Maintain professional, courteous, and timely communication with candidates to manage each step in the hiring process and foster long-term relationships.

Develop and manages strong consultative relationships within the enterprise. Provide an inclusive experience for individuals from all backgrounds and utilize effective diversity talent pipeline building strategies, as well as engage diverse talent to augment our candidate pipeline.

Demonstrate knowledge and excitement about our business and can answer candidate questions Influence business leaders and educating hiring managers on process, interview best practices and decision-making.

Makes initial candidate contact and builds relationships / networks with prospects resulting in lead generation and developing prospect s interest level in company opportunities.

Conduct detailed, thorough candidate interviews and present qualified candidates to the Hiring Manager for further consideration Work collaboratively with our HR team including other HCL recruiters located around the world.

Manage full cycle recruiting process for a variety of types of roles / levels Partner with business leaders, hiring managers to assess talent requirements and advise on the best hiring strategy Educate, excite, and sell candidates on both the opportunity and why HCL Software should be the employer of choice Identifying and assessing a diverse candidate pool;

managing candidates through the end-to-end recruiting process; providing regular updates to hiring managers Independently develop and maintain candidate flow, supporting a variety of job functions (Mainly sales, marketing) globally.

Source candidates through a variety of search resources (social media, internal database, job boards, networking, internet searches, company targets, referrals, etc.

Keep candidates continually informed with quality communications throughout the hiring process What You'll Bring : Bachelor s Degree and a strong interest and passion for a career path in Corporate HR & Recruitment 8+ years of Corporate / in-house recruitment / HR work experience in sourcing or recruiting candidates with emphasis on sales & marketing.

Proven track record of sourcing / hiring passive candidates from high-tech companies. Prior experience with candidate sourcing tools and techniques such as : LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS , social recruiting, external recruiting resources (websites, databases, associations, newsletters, other online resources).

Excellent relationship management experience with hiring managers and business stakeholders, helping them prepare job descriptions, discussing processes and how to partner together to attract and hire the best talent.
