Summary :
SPACE Camp Counselors provide general support for teachers and students within the camp setting. Hours of work are 8 : 45 am - 3 : 45 pm, with a half hour lunch break.
Qualifications :
Experience in a camp setting or experience working with children
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities (Not Limited To) :
- Support lower school co-teachers or upper school head teacher in classrooms
- Engage and support students within the classroom environment to complement the classroom theme
- Help to support student and teacher enthusiasm and excitement for the activities within the camp setting
- Consistent, reliable and punctual attendance is essential for supervision and instruction of the students
- Responsible for implementing other job related duties as needed.

Work is performed in a school / classroom environment, as well as outdoors. The noise level in the environment is usually moderate.
