Join our dynamic team as a Benefits Manager / Director in our Employee Benefits Department. In this leadership role, you will oversee the Employee Benefits team and manage key clients, ensuring the seamless operation of service staff, workflow, and technology.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and mentor service staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Manage day-to-day workflow, ensuring efficiency and adherence to best practices.
- Handle hiring, firing, and provide ongoing training to enhance team capabilities.
- Account Management knowledge of handling and optimizing client accounts.
Requirements :
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Benefits Account Management.
- Ideally 2+ years of proven leadership experience.
- Proficiency in Agency Management Systems.
- Team-building skills and effective communication abilities.
